Scouting - I am a Commissioner for the Rainier District, Pacific Harbor Council, Scouting America.  My responsibility is to be a friend to scout units and help them meet their goals.

Running - I am an Ultramarathoner.  I completed my first 50 miler in 2025 and have a 100 miler scheduled in 2026.

Soccer - I support the Tacoma Stars of the Major Arena Soccer league.  If you have never seen this, it's 5-a-side (plus a goalkeeper), in a hockey rink, with a turf field on top.  Extremely exciting!  Also, when you run a lot, people ask you to do other things.  For the last few years, I've been playing indoor soccer too.  Not at the Stars' level, but it's still a lot of fun.

Music - I like playing music.  This is a link to my current ska band.  I also played in Spyhunter, Las Vegas' finest.  Find that tape if you can!

Business - In my spare time, I run a small software consulting company.  If you run a small business and have ever thought, "Can't these systems just talk to one another automatically?,  we can help.
